USPS Priority Mail (our standard shipping method) insures your package up to $100 if it is lost or stolen during transition. Our additional insurance offers either $500 or $900 additional coverage should your package be lost or damaged during transit. Once it says delivered, the USPS insurance and/or the additional insurance is no longer valid. In other words, if your package shows delivered, but you suspect theft or a wrong delivery, you'll have to file a claim directly with USPS. If you are concerned with theft or delivery challenges, we recommend signature upon delivery.
