Orders are processed and shipped from our Plant City, Florida warehouse Monday through Saturday. We aim to pull and ship orders within 48 hours from the time the orders are received. Please note orders paid via PayPal will be held 5 days to allow for payment processing. Any customizations such as Music Holes or embellishments require additional handling time.
Our preferred shipping carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) for standard U.S. and International shipments and United Parcel Service (UPS) for expedited service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the shipping method and tracking number. If you do not receive an email or would like to check the status of your order, please email email@example.com.
Delivery Times – When you choose USPS, your order will ship Stateside Standard Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 3 days to the upper 48 states and 4 days to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. When you place your order, you should allow 48 hours for SparkleSkirts handling and shipping process, and then an additional 3-5 days once your package enters the USPS mail system.
Please note USPS does NOT guarantee their delivery times and does not offer any money-back guarantee for delayed shipment. From USPS.com "In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee."
UPS provides expedited service including Next Day and Second Day Air options as well as Three Day Select services. Please note, UPS will not deliver to a United States Post Office Box! Delays in delivery times are not the fault of SparkleSkirts or UPS and shipping charges will not be refunded.
International Shipping – The most economical shipping option is USPS First Class International Service. USPS handles shipments to 180 countries. Prices and delivery times vary depending on delivery location. International shipments require a customs form to include an itemized package content detail and declared value. We are lawfully required to declare the retail value of the package contents.
SparkleSkirts cannot be held responsible for additional customs charges you may incur due to the declared value of the shipment.
Please keep in mind no matter which shipping service you choose, losses and damages, though rare, can occur. We recommend you purchase our low-cost insurance during check-out. UPS automatically covers your first $100 product value for free. USPS Priority service provides $100 insurance on loss or damage. Note, neither of these basic services are insurance for delayed delivery but for loss or damage only.
Should any issues arise with your shipment and you’ve chosen USPS as your carrier without purchasing additional insurance, you will need to contact USPS directly. Furthermore, if you do NOT purchase insurance and the carrier indicates the shipment was delivered, but it is missing or stolen from the delivery location, you accept all liability. SparkleSkirts will not take any responsibility, issue credits, replace products, or provide refunds for damaged or lost products during transport via USPS.
We will do our best to honor any special instructions without incurring any additional costs such as request to leave package in mailbox, deliver to office building, require signature, etc. If you live in an apartment complex or theft has been a problem in your neighborhood, we highly recommend you purchase insurance or have the shipment delivered to a secured location.
Due to order volume, any orders that are “combined” with another order will automatically have a $3 surcharge deducted from the combined shipping refund. Combining orders and calculation of the shipping charge refund amount is extremely time consuming for our shipping department which results in delayed shipping of ALL orders. Orders will no longer be able to be “split” - all skirts on an order will ship out at the same time.
Team skirts will no longer be done by pre-order, and will only be added to the website once they are at our warehouse and ready to ship. We are only able to hold orders in house awaiting a team custom for a maximum of 2 weeks. Team leaders will be notified 1-2 weeks before the team skirt is ready to ship; If you know you are on the list for an upcoming team order, please plan additional skirt purchases accordingly.
Before returning unwanted merchandise, please email Sharon@SparkleSkirts.com. Once approved, please carefully package the merchandise to ensure it arrives in sellable condition and mail to: SparkleSkirts, 201 S. County Line Road, Plant City, FL 33566. Please include copy of the email or a note with your name, email address, order number and reason for the return. No refunds will be honored for products returned without prior approval.
Upon arrival, returned merchandise will be inspected. Refunds for unworn, unwashed items in sellable condition returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited back to the card used to purchase. Refunds for returned merchandise exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to honor requests to exchange merchandise. Please follow the return policy instructions above and then order the desired merchandise at your convenience.
All custom ordered merchandise and sale merchandise are final sale and requests for returns will be denied. In addition, any altered skirts such as music holes, drawstrings, or customized tailoring may not be returned. Skirts sent in to be refunded will be returned to the purchaser.
We are unable to process any returns at an expo booth. Return requests on purchases made at an expo booth should be submitted as stated above in our Return Policy.
SparkleSkirts respects the privacy of our customers. Any and all information collected on our website, during checkout at an expo, or over the phone will be kept strictly confidential. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
At SparkleSkirts, we LOVE to see our SparkleSisters enjoying their SparkleSkirts and Accessories out on the course, trail, or court. One thing we share in common is an attitude of celebration around reaching our fitness goals whether those include walking, running, biking, golfing, playing tennis, etc. We welcome photography submissions for use on our website, eNews, expo booths, and on social media outlets. Photographs can be uploaded directly from our website upon completion of the photo release.
