What is the difference between the skirt styles?

-SwingStyle: Our most popular style! This skirt is cut in a semicircle, allowing for more room and a “swingy” or “swishy” flow to the fabric.

-HikerChic: For the more modest! The longer version of SwingStyle has a skirt that’s 2” longer and undershorts that are 1” longer.

-SlimCut: The fitted cut! Cut into a bell shape, these skirts are more form-fitting. Because of the straight fit, some women like to size up for this skirt.

-CasualFit: The sassy fit! A fitted skirt with some flare at the bottom. Because of the straighter fit, some women like to size up for this skirt.

-FlutterCut: The true hybrid! A flared straight cut in front with a fluttery bottom half at back make this skirt a fun and versatile must-have.

-Vented SlimCut: The easy, breezy skirt! With the fitted SlimCut as a base, we added a side slit for a little more room and breeze.

-CapriSkirt: The utilitarian! We paired our feisty SwingStyle but replaced the undershorts with undercapris!


Why aren’t all patterns available in all four skirt styles?

Some fabrics are available only in limited quantities. When that’s the case, we start with our most popular styles, then do our best to phase in additional styles.

How do i know what size to select?

Please refer to our sizing guide for the best guidance.

Why does my purchase receipt say SparkleZone LLC, not SparkleSkirts?

As a limited liability corporation, we must have all financial transactions completed under our corporate name, not our product name(s).


How do I choose the best shipping method? Is my package insured?

Orders are processed and shipped from our Plant City, Florida warehouse, Monday through Saturday, except for Federal Holidays. Please allow 48 hours for processing. During sales, processing may take longer.

Standard U.S. and International shipments are sent via USPS.

Expedited shipments are sent via UPS.

Standard packages are insured under USPS for up to $100. We offer optional shipping insurance, which can be added here. This insurance covers loss or damage during transit. If you would like to add a delivery signature requirement, you can do so here.

Please note, if your package shows delivered, but you suspect theft or a wrong delivery, you'll have to file a claim directly with USPS.


What is your return/exchange policy?

We are pleased to offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy on any unaltered products that have not been subjected to a smoking environment, and have neither been worn nor washed, within 60 days of purchase. Please note, products that are ordered with alterations (music holes, drawstrings, embellishments, etc.) are non-returnable.

We do not offer exchanges.

For a refund of your purchased item (excluding shipping costs), package the product carefully with your name and order number inside the box and mail to:

Can my skirt be repaired?

In most cases, that pop you hear is the base-stitching that is applied to hold the very top of the waistband in a folded position before the waistband gets sewn onto the skirt and shorts unit. Rest assured that the secondary zig-zag stitch over the base stitch will hold the waistband together. If you think the pop occurred elsewhere like in the shorts, just inspect the entire skirt carefully and contact us if you see any problems.

What if I hear a "pop" when I'm pulling on my SparkleTech skirt?

Yes, but we ask that you contact us first before sending in any garment needing repair. Please email  (Shop@sparkleskirts.com).

If you've owned your new skirt for less than 90 days, contact us regarding instructions for repairs (not alterations, those are a separate charge).

If you've owned your skirt longer than 90 days, but less than six months, we will repair your skirt for free, but we ask that you cover the shipping both ways.
